I'll be releasing books into the wild at the SFWC this year. If not familier with that, check out http://www.bookcrossing.com for more details but the skinny is this - leave books where others can find them to pass on the joy of their reading. The books are registered at the site and if inclined, you can follow their journey. 

I'll have some extra bookplates prenumbered if anyone wants to release a book without actually registering it on bookcrossing first.
