Phew! Chapter One is edited of my steampunk novel. When I wrote this novel, I didn't look back or read over anything I'd previously written. I used to edit as I wrote and didn't find that approach worked well for me. So this was the first time seeing what I first wrote. So far, I'm pleased with the start and am onto chapter two. At 90,000 words, this is the longest book I've written.
