New Book Documents Realities of Bullying Even in the Workplace
Beverly Payne Armstrong’s documents and writes the truth about everything that has happened in her workplace
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – Beverly Payne Armstrong has always been a strong, independent person, as she pursues her goals in life. She always keeps to herself and treats others with respect and if anyone came along her path that needed her help, she was always giving nothing but love. She carries this attitude with her as she moved along in her working career, always trying to be there for her peers. Until one day, in October 2006 all hell began to break out in the workplace. After reporting to the Organization of being bullied, they instead turned on her by making up false statements. They reported that she was doing the bullying to her peers. These false accusations prompted her to keep all of her documents and write the truth about everything that has happened in her workplace in a book titled The Ethics of a Communication Company.
All information written in this book has been documented to back up what has taken place. These were all part of her personal experiences while employed at The Ethical Communications Company. Although she have moved on with her life, she still feels the need to tell readers again her part of the story one last time in writing.
This book was written not to hurt or offend readers particularly those working in the corporate world. It’s just a story of what happened to the author while in her workplace and how she views those people she worked with in the past. She intentionally withheld the names and identity of her sources by just mentioning events that will fit each and everyone in the workplace. Documents in this book can determine who and what they are by their actions among the events that took place while at work.
Today, as the author finds herself relieving the pressures that she endured everyday by living in the Charleston low country area of South Carolina, where she is enjoying her retirement, she hopes to give readers a better understanding on the realities of bullying which does not only happens at school, but even at the workplace.
